Welcome to Bach Reserve. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bachreserve.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order with us. By using our Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display our products and pricing accurately. However:

  • We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, or discontinue products at any time without notice.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes; slight variations in packaging or appearance may occur.

Orders

By placing an order, you're making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or issues with availability. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

One Fragrance Per Order

Orders are limited to one fragrance per order.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full payment card information.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our separate Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchanges policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including the Bach Reserve name, logo, product names, photography, and site design — is the property of Bach Reserve and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with the Site's security or functionality
  • Reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of the Site or its content without permission
  • Submit false or misleading information when placing an order
